शादी के बहाने बनाए संबंध

25 जुलाई 2022 को सुबह करीब 4:00 बजे, जब शिकायतकर्ता शौच के लिए जा रही थी, तो आरोपी उससे मिला और फिर कहा कि वह उससे शादी करेगा तथा फिजिकल रिलेशन बनाने के लिए कहा। शिकायतकर्ता ने उसकी बातों को नजरअंदाज किया और आगे बढ़ी, लेकिन उसी समय लाइट चली गई और आरोपी उसे अपने घर ले गया एवं संबंध बनाए। जब आरोपी ने संबंध बनाए, तब वह तीन माह की गर्भवती थी। लोकलाज के भय से उसने घटना के संबंध में किसी को नहीं बताया। बाद में पति के पूछने पर घटना की जानकारी दी, इसके बाद मामले की रिपोर्ट लिखाई गई।

मेडिकल रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आरोपी दोषमुक्त

पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ जुर्म दर्ज कर न्यायालय में चालान पेश किया। ट्रायल कोर्ट ने गवाहों एवं मेडिकल रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आरोपी को दोषमुक्त किया। इसके खिलाफ पीड़िता ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की थी। हाईकोर्ट ने सुनवाई उपरांत अपने आदेश में कहा कि गवाहों के बयानों को देखने से यह साफ है कि ऐसा कोई सबूत नहीं है जिससे यह स्पष्ट तौर पर साबित हो सके कि आरोपी ने पीड़िता को जान से मारने या चोट पहुंचाने का डर दिखाकर उसकी सहमति ली थी। इस केस में ऐसा कोई सबूत भी नहीं है जिससे यह साबित हो सके कि पीड़िता ने अपनी सहमति इसलिए दी क्योंकि उसे लगता था कि वह कानूनी तौर पर शादीशुदा है।

इस राष्ट्रीय स्तर की प्रतियोगिता में जम्मू-कश्मीर, मध्यप्रदेश, झारखंड, असम, आंध्र प्रदेश, कर्नाटक, हिमाचल प्रदेश, मेघालय, गुजरात, ओडिशा, मिजोरम, बिहार, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, तेलंगाना, महाराष्ट्र और मेजबान छत्तीसगढ़ सहित कुल 144 रेसलर्स (पुरुष एवं महिला) हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। यह आयोजन जनजातीय युवाओं को राष्ट्रीय मंच प्रदान करने की दिशा में एक स्वर्णिम अवसर प्रदान करेगा। अंबिकापुर के गांधी स्टेडियम में तैयारियां अंतिम चरण में हैं। यहां 28 से 31 मार्च तक पुरुष और महिला वर्ग में कुश्ती के रोमांचक मुकाबले होंगे.

DD Sports Live Wrestling चार दिवसीय रोमांच- तीन चरणों में होंगे मुकाबले

28 मार्च से शुरू होकर 31 मार्च तक चलने वाले इन मुकाबलों को प्रतिदिन तीन चरणों में आयोजित किए जाएंगे, ताकि खिलाड़ियों और दर्शकों के लिए सुगमता बनी रहे, प्रथम चरण प्रातः 8 बजे से 9 बजे तक, द्वितीय चरण प्रातः 11 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक, तृतीय चरण सायं 4 बजे से खेल समाप्ति तक आयेाजित किए जाएंगे। अंबिकापुर में होने वाले मुकाबले स्थानीय युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा बनेंगे और उन्हें भविष्य में अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपनी पहचान बनाने का अवसर प्रदान करेंगे।

डी डी स्पोर्ट्स पर लाइव प्रसारण

इस भव्य आयोजन को भारत के जनजातीय खेल, छत्तीसगढ़ मा सुंदर मेल की प्रेरणादायी टैगलाइन के साथ प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा है। खेल प्रेमियों के उत्साह को देखते हुए व्यापक तैयारियां की गई हैं। गौरव की बात यह है कि इस आयोजन का सीधा प्रसारण डीडी स्पोर्ट्स और प्रसार भारती पर किया जाएगा, जिससे दुनिया भर के दर्शक सरगुजा की धरती पर हो रहे इस महाकुंभ को लाइव देख सकेंगे।
