ईरानी रिवोल्यूशनरी गार्ड्स ने अपनी सेपाह न्यूज वेबसाइट पर कहा, ‘आज सुबह भ्रष्ट अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के उस झूठे दावे के बाद कि होर्मुज स्ट्रेट खुला है, अलग-अलग देशों के तीन कंटेनर जहाजों को IRGC नेवी की चेतावनी के बाद वापस लौटा दिया गया.’

उन्होंने आगे कहा, ‘जायोनी-अमेरिकी दुश्मनों के सहयोगियों और समर्थकों से जुड़े मूल बंदरगाहों से आने-जाने वाले किसी भी जहाज की आवाजाही, किसी भी डेस्टिनेशन और किसी भी रास्ते से, प्रतिबंधित है.’

समाचार एजेंसी एएफपी की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, ईरान ने मध्य पूर्व के आम नागरिकों से भी अपील की कि वो अमेरिकी सैन्य ठिकानों के आसपास के इलाकों से दूर रहें. यह चेतावनी ऐसे समय आई है जब राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने दावा किया है कि एक महीने से जारी युद्ध को खत्म करने के लिए बातचीत ‘अच्छी तरह चल रही है.’

ट्रंप ने बढ़ाया ईरान के ऊर्जा ठिकानों पर हमले का अल्टीमेटम

इस बीच ट्रंप ने ईरान के ऊर्जा ढांचे पर बड़े हमले करने के अपने अल्टीमेटम को भी फिर से बढ़ाकर 6 अप्रैल कर दिया है. ट्रंप ने दावा किया कि उन्होंने यह फैसला ईरान के अनुरोध पर लिया है. उन्होंने कहा कि ईरान समझौता करना चाहता है.

हालांकि, ईरान ने संकेत दिए हैं कि वो अपनी शर्तों पर ही संघर्ष खत्म करना चाहता है और इजरायल व खाड़ी क्षेत्र में अपने जवाबी हमलों को जारी रखेगा.

ट्रंप ने यह भी दावा किया कि बातचीत के बीच ईरान की ओर से अमेरिका को ‘तोहफा’ दिया गया है और वो ये कि उसने होर्मुज स्ट्रेट से 10 तेल टैंकरों को गुजरने की इजाजत दी है.

ईरान की सेना ने यह आरोप भी लगाया कि अमेरिका और इजरायल आम लोगों को ढाल की तरह इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने कहा, ‘हम सलाह देते हैं कि आप तुरंत उन जगहों को छोड़ दें जहां अमेरिकी सैनिक तैनात हैं, ताकि आपको कोई नुकसान न हो.’

ईरान की सेना ने क्षेत्र में अमेरिकी सैनिकों को ठहराने वाले होटलों को निशाना बनाने की धमकी दी थी. इसी बीच कुवैत ने कहा कि उसके मुख्य वाणिज्यिक बंदरगाह को तड़के ड्रोन हमले में नुकसान पहुंचा है.
