Bilaspur News: छत्तीसगढ़ के बहुचर्चित जग्गी हत्याकांड मामले में पूर्व दिवंगत सीएम अजीत जोगी के बेटे अमित जोगी को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाया गई है। बिलासपुर हाईकोर्ट की तरफ से अपलोडेड आर्डर में इसका जिक्र हैं।

बता दें कि राकांपा नेता रामावतार जग्गी की हत्या चार जून, 2003 को हुई थी, जब अजीत जोगी छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री थे। इस मामले की शुरुआती जांच राज्य पुलिस ने की थी। राज्य में 2003 में विधानसभा चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) की जीत के बाद रमन सिंह की सरकार ने इस मामले को सीबीआई को सौंप दिया था। सीबीआई ने अमित जोगी समेत कई अन्य आरोपियों के खिलाफ आरोप पत्र दायर किया था।

रायपुर की एक अदालत ने 31 मई, 2007 को फैसला सुनाया कि अभियोजन पक्ष ने 28 आरोपियों के खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोपों को सफलतापूर्वक साबित कर दिया है। हालांकि, अदालत ने अमित जोगी को उनके खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोपों से बरी कर दिया था। सीबीआई ने इस फैसले को चुनौती दी थी, लेकिन उच्च न्यायालय ने देरी के आधार पर 2011 में जांच एजेंसी की याचिका खारिज कर दी थी। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार तथा मृतक रामावतार जग्गी के बेटे सतीश जग्गी की अलग-अलग याचिका भी खारिज कर दी गई थी। पिछले साल नवंबर में उच्चतम न्यायालय ने छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय से कहा था कि वह सीबीआई की उस याचिका पर फिर से विचार करे जिसमें जोगी को बरी किए जाने के फैसले के खिलाफ अपील दायर करने की अनुमति मांगी गई थी।

शहीद स्मारक का आज लोकार्पण

इस दुर्दांत हमले की आज 16वीं बरसी पर केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस फ़ोर्स अपने शहीद जवानों को नम आँखों से यद् करते हुए उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित कर रहा है। शहीद जवानों की याद में सीआरपीएफ की तरफ से शहद स्मारक का निर्माण भी कराया गया है, जिसका लोकार्पण आज सीआरपीएफ के महानिदेशक ज्ञानेंद्र प्रताप सिंह करेंगे। इस मौके पर छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस और रिजर्व फ़ोर्स के बड़े अफसर भी मौजूद रहेंगे।

कैसे हुआ था ताड़मेटला में बड़ा हमला?

बता दें कि, दंतेवाड़ा जिले (अब सुकमा जिला) के ताड़मेटला, चिन्तागुफा क्षेत्र में एक भीषण नक्सली हमला हुआ था। इस हमले में सीआरपीएफ के 74 जवान और छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस के 2 जवान शहीद हो गए, यानी कुल 76 सुरक्षाकर्मी वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए थे। लगभग 1000 नक्सलियों की एक बड़ी टुकड़ी ने इस हमले को योजनाबद्ध तरीके से अंजाम दिया था। यह घटना सुबह लगभग 5:30 से 6:00 बजे के बीच हुई, जब सुरक्षा बलों के जवान ऑपरेशन से थककर लौट रहे थे।

नक्सलियों ने पहले आईईडी (IED) विस्फोट किया और उसके बाद भारी फायरिंग शुरू कर दी, जिससे जवानों को संभलने का मौका नहीं मिला। यह मुठभेड़ 7 घंटे से अधिक समय तक चली, जिसमें 8 नक्सली भी मारे गए। हमले के बाद नक्सली जवानों के हथियार और बख्तरबंद वाहन (APC) भी लूटकर ले गए। उस समय यह घटना भारतीय सुरक्षा बलों पर नक्सलियों द्वारा किया गया सबसे बड़ा और सबसे घातक हमला माना गया था। नक्सलियों अपने साथ करीब 80 अत्याधुनिक हथियार भी लूट ले गए थे। दावा किया जाता है कि, इस पूरे हमले को मोस्ट वांडेट माओवादी नेता पापराव के अगुवाई में अंजाम दिया था, वही पिछले दिनों पापाराव ने अपने 17 अन्य साथियों के साथ सरेंडर कर दिया था।

छत्तीसगढ़ के राजनांदगांव जिले से एक दर्दनाक घटना सामने आई है, जहां डौंडीलोहारा स्थित खरखरा डैम में एक युवक डूब गया। बताया जा रहा है कि युवक का शव अभी तक बरामद नहीं हो पाया है।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, युवक अपने दोस्तों के साथ पिकनिक मनाने के लिए खरखरा डैम गया हुआ था। इसी दौरान दोपहर लगभग 3 से 4 बजे के बीच वह गहरे पानी में चला गया और डूब गया।

घटना की सूचना मिलते ही मौके पर पुलिस और बचाव दल पहुंच गया। टीम द्वारा डैम में लगातार खोजबीन की जा रही है, लेकिन अभी तक कोई सफलता हाथ नहीं लगी है।
